
I was honoured to be in the first group of yoga teachers to become the first ever Kunda Dance Teachers in the Uk back in 2018. Kunda Dance is a 60 minute high intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio dance workout. Its a creative movement class combining KundaliniYoga and Qigong. It is mostly a standing practice using music specifically written for the practice by its creator Maya Fiennes. It takes you on a journey through the 7 Chakras and using body based movements, breath shakes away all fears and leaves you feeling clear headed, joyful and full of vitality. I love to teach these classes, they are a lot of fun.
