This month let’s open the heart centre. Our heart is yin and small intestine is yang and together they embody love, joy and eternal happiness. We begin with tapping to release agitation and impatience or feelings of burn out. Opening the heart and lungs to regulate our emotions through the breath. Vinyasa yoga based moves will open hips and spine and connect to heart centred awareness. When the heart opens we naturally feel a freeflow of love, joy and happiness. I hope to see you there x
